out of our control, such as machine maintenance and 3rd party vendors.

That means it’s still being worked on.
Why does it take so long?
Everyone in the industry is experiencing a huge backlog of orders and are at maximum production capacity.
Will contacting you a lot make my order complete faster?
I got an email notice that says my order is complete, what does this mean?
Your order is complete and shipping immediately.

No, all refund requests are processed in 24 hours.
I haven’t heard from you in weeks, is there a problem with my order?
No, if you received an invoice confirmation with your order, then it is being processed.
I never received an invoice confirming my order.
